Cancel & Return

Cancel Order: We accept order cancellations within 24 hours after you pay the order. However, the order cannot be cancelled if the item has been shipped.

Note: Custom-made & Pre-sale products, orders cannot be canceled.

Return/Exchange: Within 30 days after receiving goods. 

Note: Need to ensure that the product is in good condition and bear the return shipping costs.

Shipping insurance: After you return the goods, you can send me the photo of the waybill, invoice or receipt by email. When I receive the invoice and waybill number and receive the return package, I will transfer the return shipping amount you paid to you through PayPal and refund your product fee in full.
